Ashley Amini is a native Texan and licensed Broker who has been active since 2008, holding her Broker’s license since 2012. 

She holds a degree in Geology from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from Texas Christian University.

Ashley also brings hands-on building and land experience—having built two homes herself and worked with mineral rights, water rights and land investment. 

Lea Anne Erwin, working alongside Ashley, has nearly two decades of experience creating superior client experiences and helping families navigate buying and selling with ease. 

Next Horizon Living was co-founded by Lea Anne in 2018 and is a concierge-level senior placement service helping seniors and their families find the best communities for their next needs. 

Together they bring a full spectrum of real-estate services—from urban condos to rural acreage—anchored in credibility, local insight, and a passion for the region.
